Director of Communications
Bhreagh MacIntyre
Hi everyone! My name is Bhreagh MacIntyre, and I’m the Director of Communications on the DMCRT this year! 😊 I’m from Riverview, New Brunswick, and I’m in my 4th year of Medical Sciences (Hons.). I joined the team in January 2024 as a VMR and had the opportunity to join our Duty Supervisor team last year! Outside of the DMCRT, I love playing pickleball, so you can often find me at the Dalplex with a coffee or a can of sparkling water in hand! When I’m not on the court, I’m probably curled up on the couch watching a good rom-com or getting a little competitive over a board game. I’m so excited for another year with this amazing team and to help share all the exciting things we’re doing with the Dal community! 💛💙

The Executive
The Executive is responsible for the operation of all aspects of the team, from training members to organizing first aid information sessions and mental health awareness events open to the Dalhousie community. The Executive is elected by all DMCRT members at the Annual General Meeting in March.
Director of Training
Olivia Godson
Hello! My name is Olivia and I am excited to introduce myself as DMCRT’s Director of Training for the 2026-2027 academic year! This is my third year on the team. I was a VMR from January 2024 to August 2025 and then I had the privilege of being the Head DS Medical last year! I am in my fifth-year of Medical Sciences (Honours) with a minor in biochemistry. When I’m not in classes, I’m usually walking around Halifax looking for a new coffee shop or reading in the Public Gardens! I am looking forward to supporting the greater Dalhousie Community by enhancing the confidence in our responders through extensive training sessions. I love to stop and chat, so if you see me on campus, please say hi!

Robyn Arseneault
Hi Everyone! My name is Robyn Arseneault, and I am the Director of Personnel/Co-Director of Operations on the DMCRT this year! This is my 4th year on the team and my 2nd year as the Director of Personnel. I love the outdoors and playing different instruments in my personal time. You can most likely find me on campus reading a book or doing a crossword. I look forward to the new year and planning lots of fun events for our team and broader Dal community! 😊

Director of Resource Management
Andrew Malcom
Hi! My name is Andrew and I am super excited to be the DMCRT's Director of Resource Management for the 2026-2027 year! I originally joined the team in January 2024 as a VMR and last year had the opportunity to join our Duty Supervisor team! I am originally from Kitchener, Ontario and currently in my 4th year of biology. Outside of the DMCRT and school, I enjoy rock climbing, running, photography, and pretty much anything outside! I joined the DMCRT to help support our campus community and this year I am looking forward to ensuring the team has all the resources it needs to do so. If you see me around campus, please say hi! :)

Duty Supervisors
Duty supervisors are responsible for leading and managing a small team of Volunteer Medical Responders at DMCRT-attended events. They are responsible for coordinating equipment before the duty, and maintaining communication with event organizers.

Volunteer Medical Responders
Volunteer medical responders are equipped with advanced first aid certification and mental health first aid. They provide coverage at athletic events, recreational activities, orientation week, DSU society gatherings, and special events.

The Patient Volunteer Program
Patient volunteers are a critical component of our ongoing training sessions. Patient volunteers receive mock patient scenarios, which they learn and act out at our first aid training sessions. Please note that participation in the PVP is a separate volunteer role and not a direct pathway to joining the DMCRT as a Volunteer Medical Responder.
