WHAT IS IT?
WellTrack® is a free, online self-help program that targets depression, anxiety, stress, and phobias (e.g., fear of heights).
HOW WILL IT HELP?
WellTrack gives you access to different online modules (anxiety & stress, depression, and phobia) to help you better understand your mental health, and develop coping mechanisms.
You can also access a WellTrack coach:
- It's free & confidential - the WellTrack Coach can only access your information if you share it
- It's convenient - you can contact your coach through email or phone
- Your coach is a real person and will tailor their approach, helping you get answers to all of your questions
- Your coach will help motivate you and help you maximize the benefits of WellTrack
HOW DO I USE IT?
- Sign up! Use the Access code: DALCPS
- Receive confirmation email
- Log in & complete the wellness assessment
- Under courses, choose which module you'd like to complete (anxiety & stress, depression, and phobia)
- Use the "Zen Room" to guide relaxation
- Use "Moodcheck" to track your mood
You can access the information and resources at any time.
I.M. Well
WHAT IS IT?
Accessible from anywhere in North America, the I.M Well application can be accessed 24/7, in 180 languages, and is completely confidential. Each member of the response team has a minimum of 5 years clinic experience and will provide or connect you directly with the support you need.
HOW WILL IT HELP?
While the program provides counselling for serious issues, most people call for everyday life problems - there is no problem too small! A few examples:

Download the app: Android & IOS
- Sign up under Dalhousie University.
- Choose from a variety of options (live chat, support centre, talk to a counsellor, student assistance, track my mood or healthy reminders).
- You can call and speak to a counsellor directly from the App or chat with them live.

WHAT IS IT?
7 Cups of Tea is an on-demand emotional health and well-being service. It securely connects people to real listeners in one-on-one chat.
HOW WILL IT HELP?
Anyone who wants to talk about whatever is on their mind can quickly reach out to a trained, compassionate listener through their network. People connect with listeners on 7 Cups of Tea for all kinds of reasons, from big existential thoughts to small, day-to-day things that we all experience.
Different listeners specialize in different categories (ex: loneliness, depression, breakups, ADHD, anxiety, abuse, PTSD, etc.). The listeners have different skills levels as well, so you can find the most appropriate person to talk to!
