Volunteer Medical Responder Application Process

Applications for the 2026/2027 academic year winter cohort begin on Monday, October 19th, and close on Monday, November 2nd, at 11:59 PM AST.

Due to the high volume of applications and the competitive process, late submissions will not be accepted.

This year’s application process will consist of two steps:

Step 1 (found below) will contain the application release. This form will collect demographic information and allow you to review the roles and responsibilities of DMCRT membership before you receive the application.

Step 2 will be revealed upon completion of Step 1. You will be required to complete and submit your application package as a PDF through the provided link. We will contact you using the information you provided in Step 1 to alert you of the Recruitment Team’s decision in the weeks following the deadline.

Be proactive: both steps must be completed by Monday, November 2nd at 11:59 PM AST.

Step 2: DMCRT PDF Application Submission

Please submit your completed application via the Google Form you received when you submitted Step 1.
